Can I order prescription glasses?

Prescription lenses for both glasses and sunglasses cannot be ordered online. You’ll need to purchase the frames and visit our optical store. It is best to make an appointment with our optician so that they can fit you with your specific prescription lenses.
What does it mean when a product is low stock?

We always strive to fulfill all our customer's orders. However certain glasses are in high demand and can be sold out quickly. If your products is going to be delayed or out of stock, we will reach out to you after your purchase but it is best to check stock before making your purchase as low stock items can only be returned for store credit and used for in stock items only. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return must be accepted by a qualified optical staff member. We have the right to refuse requests for returns based on our discretion.

All AKONI glasses and sunglasses can be returned for store credit only.
If you return a LOW STOCK item, you can only use the store credit to purchase items we have in stock.
